Choosing a signature candle scent is less about picking a favorite jar and more about learning your own language. Every fragrance falls into a family — floral, citrus, gourmand, woody, fresh, or amber — and each family speaks to a different room, a different mood, a different hour of the day. Match the scent to the room's job. Kitchens and dining rooms carry gourmand and citrus notes best because they harmonize with food. Bedrooms are for softer, sleepier compositions — cotton, tea, lavender, marshmallow. Bathrooms punch above their weight with anything crisp and clean: Cotton, White Tea & Linen or Lemon Lime Jasmine.
