Dried citrus, rose buds, lavender, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, rosemary, allspice and pumpkin pie spice.
Add the contents and 3–4 cups of water to a saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce the heat. Add water as needed while simmering.
