Membership Terms

Joining

Membership in the Illuminated Haven Soap and Candle Company membership program is free. There is no membership fee and no recurring charge. Membership benefits begin once you confirm your email address.

The member discount

Active members receive 10% off qualifying merchandise purchases of $65 or more. The qualifying subtotal is calculated on merchandise only, before shipping and taxes.

Gift cards, taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the $65 minimum and are not discounted. The member discount cannot be combined with another discount or promotional code unless we state otherwise on the membership page.

Your member discount is issued to you and shown only on your own member page. Please don't share it; codes may be reissued or withdrawn if they are misused.

Emails

Joining the membership does not sign you up for marketing email. Event and product announcements are sent only to members who separately opted in, and every announcement includes an unsubscribe link. You may stay a member while opting out of announcements.

Cancellation and changes

You may cancel your membership at any time from your member page. Cancelling ends future member discount eligibility; it does not change orders you have already placed.

We may adjust the program's discount rate, qualifying threshold or benefits. Any change will be shown on the membership page before it applies to new orders.
